The workshop is presided over and monitored on a 24-hour basis by:

(Traditional medical care is often complemented by safe, scientifically-valid alternative modes of treatment such as herbal medicine, adjustments in diet, stress reduction, aromatherapy, and other non-invasive procedures.)

A highlight of the beginnings workshop is an individual reading, (improvisation with youngest-aged participants), and personal interview, with written, detailed feedback from the principal casting directors of at least two of America's most prominent casting companies. Students are individually evaluated, one-to-one, in terms of their marketability for television series, feature films, Broadway and commercials.
